Affiliate Agreement for Profitable Dog Trainer Masterclass

This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Tenille Williams Pty Ltd, trading as The Profitable Dog Trainer (formerly & also known as Dog Matters Pro) or Tenille Williams (referred to as "Company") and [Affiliate Name] (referred to as "Affiliate").

Enrollment in the Affiliate Program By enrolling in the Affiliate Program, Affiliate agrees to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Affiliate Commissions a. Commissions will be paid to Affiliate for each successful referral who purchases the Dog Matters Pro Masterclass ("Product") through Affiliate's unique affiliate link. b. The commission rate for each referral is 10% of the total sale. c. Commissions will be paid to Affiliate after the 30-day refund period, provided no refund is requested by the customer. d. Commissions will be paid in the currency agreed upon and will be subject to a minimum threshold of $30.00 (or equivalent) before payment is issued.

Affiliate Link a. Affiliate must ensure that referrals purchase the Product through Affiliate's unique affiliate link provided by the Company. b. Company is not responsible for commission payments if referrals do not use the designated affiliate link.

Commission Payout Schedule a. Commissions will be paid to Affiliate 30 days after the date of purchase by the customer. b. There will be no commission payout for the second level of referrals.

Lifetime Affiliation a. Affiliate will have a lifetime affiliation with the Company. b. Contacts referred by Affiliate and their subsequent referrals will be marked in the Company's database with Affiliate's unique affiliate ID. c. Affiliate will receive commissions for any referred contacts who make a purchase, even if it occurs after 6 months or 1 year.

Modification of Agreement The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Affiliate will be notified of any changes and should review the updated Agreement.

Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be paid to Affiliate, provided they meet the payment threshold.

Relationship of Parties The Company and Affiliate are independent contractors, and nothing in this

Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.

Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].

By enrolling in the Affiliate Program, Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
