We stand behind the quality and value of our programs and coaching. To ensure fairness for both clients and our business, refunds are only available under the following conditions:

• Masterclass Programs: A 7-day conditional guarantee applies. To be eligible, you must demonstrate genuine participation by:

  • Logging in to the course platform,

  • Completing the first module of the program, and

  • Joining the private support group (if included in your enrolment).
    
    

Refunds will be issued minus any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe, PayPal, or other payment providers.

• Refund requests that do not demonstrate these actions will not be approved.

• Digital downloads, templates, scripts, spreadsheets, and other instant-access products are non-refundable.

• Coaching services are non-refundable once sessions have been booked.
