Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality and value of our programs and coaching. To ensure fairness for both clients and our business, refunds are only available under the following conditions:
Masterclass Programs: A 7-day conditional guarantee applies. To be eligible, you must demonstrate genuine participation by:
Logging in to the course platform,
Completing the first module of the program, and
Joining the private support group (if included in your enrolment).
Refunds will be issued minus any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe, PayPal, or other payment providers.
Refund requests that do not demonstrate these actions will not be approved.
Digital downloads, templates, scripts, spreadsheets, and other instant-access products are non-refundable.
Coaching services are non-refundable once sessions have been booked.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
